David Brown

Drums / Vocals

David has been playing drums since the age of 11.  He started playing in the school band in the fifth grade at Galvez Middle School and continued through  St. Amant High School. David joined the LSU Tiger Band and marched with the drumline in Tiger Stadium for 4 years.

Along with the school bands, David was in several bands as he progressed to the musician he is now.  He was a founding member of Bayou Rampage from 1996 to 2000. While in college he played drums for Typikal Reason and later joined the band Rock Hound.

David has many people to thank for helping him through his musical and scholastic achievements.  His family has been there from the beginnings of Bayou Rampage through marching down the hill with him at LSU.

David is finishing up Dental School at LSU in New Orleans.   He is proud to be a member of the powerful and entertaining Bits & Pieces Band.
